My guest on this episode is Ryan Harrison, drummer in the bands Rick Rude, Black Norse, and Shifty. He's also the main man behind the website, record label, and show promotion outfit SALTY SPEAKERS.

Still on a cloud following the very successful and super-fun Takedown Wrestling event at Wrong Brain last weekend, Ryan and I spent about 10 minutes talking about pro wrestling, but also found time to talk about foods we don't like, family bonding, the sluice, flying snakes, piano recitals, and a cookie-stealing bear - among other things.
